Did not finish book. Stopped at 66%.

It took me 800 pages to realise what was stopping me from really enjoying this book: the weak characters and how little I felt for any of them. I just don't care about them at all. That makes it hard to justify polishing off the remaining 3000 pages of this trilogy.
