This was my second time reading this book, but first time listening to the audio. I especially like to hear Trevor tell his story and it's so well written that it has become a favorite.
Being a comedian among other things, Trevor has learned how to tell a story well, weaving in necessary information as we go to give us a bigger picture of what life was like for him growing up the way he did and I always appreciate the personal touch from someone who lived it rather than being told about what people's lives were like from an outside source.
Every time I read this book though, I am overwhelmed with how amazing his mother is.
