This book encapsulates many of the lessons I've had to learn through personal trial and error in the last 5 years of my life. I highly recommend it to all who are striving to better themselves.

Personally I have distilled it down to four things:
1. Maintain your meditation and awareness in all activities.
2. Lift weights/exercise every day
3. Eat clean and healthy every day.
4. Sleep 8+ hours every day.
