Booked for the Holidays by Chelsea Curto

This was good. Good writing style, good romance, good steam.

Parts that could have been better: Theo gets stressed and he gets mean. Not okay. Big red flag. But for Bridget it’s a “flaw that she loves.” Yikes. Also some of the sweeping statements about their feelings are so descriptive and sweet, and some of them... one described Bridget’s feelings as like being swept out to sea by a rip tide, and another as jumping without a parachute, with Theo on the ground waiting to catch her. The sweetness is ruined by the unintended comparisons to dying.

I liked the relationship between Bridget and Mac, and I’m curious to see if there is another book for Chandler and Lucas.

TW/CW: brief mentions of sexual asphyxiation/choking.
