Callan's Atlas by K Webster

4.0

I thought the other books in this series broke my heart, but this one takes the cake. In the previous book we saw Callan’s issues with bullies, homophobia and being a victim of a hate crime. While his assaulter is in prison, his father is not, making him not completely comfortable in the town.

Atlas is a recent addition to the town, and while he hasn’t come out he hasn’t hidden his sexuality. So when he meets Callan he can’t really hide that he’s interested in the younger man. His desire to make the town safer, and protect Callan is strong. So long as Callan is comfortable with his kinkier side.

My heart broke for all Callan had to endure but also glad to see he found someone to bring the color back to his life.

The journey was a tough one, but the love was genuine, the kink was high, The wedding of Jax and Dante, and the small town setting was perfect.

I received an arc for review, all opinions are my own and given freely.
