A Christmas Wish and a Cranberry Kiss at the Cosy Kettle by Liz Eeles

5.0

Becca has a wonderful job and an amazing roommate and bestfriend. She has family and loyal customers. The cafe is a lovely and friendly place and she loves every minute of it. But behind all of that she is anxious, has no self esteem and feels like a disappointment to her parents, even her boss. So she makes a wish in an old well, with several bulletpoints, and sets off to better her self. Her journey is hard and she struggles with some of it, especially when steps she takes have adverse effects on the people around her. It's all in all a lovely journey of a woman struggling to accept who she is and her limitations, whilst at the same time finding the love and acceptance we all endeavor to achieve. Full of delicious food, coffee, a Christmas vibe and an eclectic group of people it's definitely a fun little read that you can an enjoy one cold evening in front if your own fire and decked out tree!
