Food, Health and Happiness: 115 On-Point Recipes for Great Meals and a Better Life by Oprah Winfrey

4.0

I feel weird about celebrities talking about their diets and coming out with books that talk about it, especially from someone who has struggled with her weight and yo-yo dieted for many years. However, I found the recipes in this book delicious and practical. Not hard to make and for the most part it was good. I wouldn't say all nutritionist, but she made it work with her Weight Watchers.
