This book is only 190 pages long and yet it felt longer than the whole Twilight series and the ACTOR series combined. It was the slowest novel I've ever read and the only thing I can summarize from it is that if it had been an island of girls, they never would have resorted to killing each other. This whole book could have been avoided if there were no boys on the island and there were girls instead.
Graphic: Bullying, Child abuse, Child death, Gore, Violence, Murder, and Abandonment
Moderate: Fatphobia, Genocide, Schizophrenia/Psychosis , and Injury/Injury detail
