Adventure Time: Beginning of the End by Ted Anderson
3.0
Rating: 3.5
I’m really disappointed that I didn’t understand as much of this as I’d hoped to. I like to say I’m a big fan of Adventure Time but in reality I haven’t seen enough of it to fully understand this comic. I watched a few of the oldest episodes and random ones here and there since then. This story really relies on a heavy knowledge of Jake & Finns adventures as this comic is based on them travelling through time and re-visiting a lot of their previous adventures. Looks like I have a lot of Adventure Time-watching to do so I can go back and re-read this one day with more knowledge of the series!
Needless to say I still found this to be a fun adventure and I loved the artwork & colours!
I picked this up mainly for a challenge to “read a book with the word ‘time’ in the title” for which I made this fit.
