Had the best time with this book. Humor is perfect, nothing too juvenile,  but certainly not highbrow either. Cgarscters are great,  each with their own personality. Matty probably was my fave, but none stood out as a least favorite. 
Teared up a couple times which wasn't expected.
Highly recommended if you liked The Black Tongue Thief or other fantasy that doesn't take itself super seriously.
