5.0

Deeply tense; each story gives you the feeling of a prickling-tingling sensation under the skin. Over and over again, Armfield creates something big, something gore, troubling but at the same time fundamentally inviting, like a wound you can’t stop picking on. A thing, or more so a feeling that you might begin to understand towards the end of each story but in the end you’re left with all your questions unanswered but ravelling in this unfinished, mesmerising unease.
