This collection is more of a mixed bag than the rest of the series that I've read. While there are a good number of interesting, amusing, thought-provoking essays, there are an equal number of obtuse, jargon-ridden essays and those with highly questionable writing.

All in all, worth reading if you're a Bat-fan or want to complete your Blackwell collection. It is worth borrowing if you've a mild interest in Batman and philosophy, but keep your money.
