Not that this books wasn't entertaining because it had its moments but I have some problems with it.
-Plot was thin. They were sent on this adventure and I never really understood why. What was the motivation behind it?
-We have a newly minted couple at the end of the last book and literally NONE of this book was from their perspective.
-I NEVER got the impression that Prim was attracted to Tash. I always felt like Tash was pushing herself on Prim. It made me uncomfortable.

There were some things I did like.
-I felt like the author made a real effort to explore varying expressions of sexuality which I appreciated. I can't speak to how valid they are as they're not my personal expression but I appreciate the effort nonetheless.
-It was fun to see scenes from other character's perspectives.

Overall, I got the impression our author was pushed to do this series rather than actually wanted to do this and it left something to be desired in her storytelling.
Here I go on to the last one because I've made it this far so why not...
