Loved reading in this world again. Haven’t been able to find any books past the 3rd for ages now so the continuation of the story was fantastic to witness.
I loved the new setting and all that comes with it; new rules and new characters.
Also liked how it set up for the next book but damn! Modern Jacob is so annoying! I kept finding myself yelling at him to behave and listen to the adults around him but I guess, there wouldn’t be a story if he did.
