Slaughterhouse-Five by Kurt Vonnegut

the formatting of this book perfectly showcases how billy must have felt constantly reliving experienced and feeling unstuck from time;this indirect depiction of ptsd is amazing. while reading i was constantly reminded of the national veteran art gallery and the things they carried. the vulnerability in all of these works are extremely moving. i think it would be interesting to look into the relationship between earthling and civilians and the Tralfamadorians and the german. my main thing supporting the second one is how they have similar philosophy’s presented in the book (why me? why anyone?), and how billy is trapped by both; one in a zoo and the other as a POW.
