Book of the Dead by Patricia Cornwell
Did not finish book.
DNF. I have read many of this series, always completely out of order. I used to buy the paperbacks at the airport. I've always liked them. In fact, think I read a recent one.
Kay seems to be in a really bad place in this one. And maybe if I had traveled there with her I would be okay with getting out of there with her. But for some reason I couldn't handle it. Maybe it would have worked for me in 2008 when it was published. But not for me, not now in 2022. And maybe if it wasn't an audiobook. I don't know. But I finally decided to let it go.
