The Copenhagen Trilogy: Childhood; Youth; Dependency by Tove Ditlevsen

5.0

Kinda like if Sylvia Plath wrote the Neapolitan Novels. I literally COULD NOT put this book down for the last hundred pages. The last section of the trilogy was genuinely so, so terrifying. I was gasping out loud in coffee shops. Tove is so complex and honest and resilient, I was completely invested in her. Read this!!
