A Princess in Theory by Alyssa Cole

3.0

Three stars ☆

First of all, the Cinderella-trope is one of my all-time favorites, and this book did not disappoint. The pacing was just a little bit off - some parts dragged too long, but the highlights of the plot were really really good. Naledi is a strong, lovable character and is extremely relatable to me as a POC in STEM. Her love story with Thabiso was super duper cute, although a bit rushed towards the end. I wished we saw more of them as an established couple, but I'm sure we'll see more of them in the next books.

Highly recommended series!
