Always enjoyable to do a choose your own adventure but I find in this series the endings seem really abrupt, like in this you'd be going about and then in one paragraph you've found the jewels the end. Also some choices go nowhere like choosing if you'll take a gun. You never use it or find yourself regretting not having one.
