Getting started and into this book wasn’t an easy task. I had a lot of trouble following the storylines and understanding what was going on. With so many “strange” (meaning Swedish) names, cities, businesses and terms; I was lost.
It was around 30-40% of the book that I really got into it and couldn’t let go. I think it’s a very graphic story, a thriller with a lot of plot twists at least I wasn’t seeing coming.
I really was found of the way Salander, as a lonely wolf, was able to see in Blomkvist a part of her pack, trust him and let him in.
The whole web in the Vanger family was just a continuous wow, as it was getting darker and darker.
I think it is a very well accomplished storyline, doesn’t make me curious for the following volumes but delivered a very good result.
