A fun friends to lovers, paranormal shifter story. This is one of my favorite friends to lovers micro-tropes: when the heroine liked the hero as kids and growing up and then after she abandons her crush he realizes he wants her.
I don't understand why each heroine has to give the hero a weird nickname (in this case, Popeye). The POV is still a little jarring but I'm getting used to it.
