The beginning was a little slow for me but I really enjoyed this book and the relationships within it. I feel like the friendships and romantics relationships in this book were very real and I appreciated that. I liked that Ben and Arthur didn't automatically click on their first date and that they had to put work into their relationship from the start. They had to learn to be honest with themselves and eachother. I also really liked that they decided to end their romantic relationship at the end of the summer. It was a difficult and mature decision for two 17 year olds to make but I feel like it's a good example for anyone reading it to see how and why they made that decision.
