Wow this book made me feel every emotion under the sun. At some points it really felt like I was reading about a different version of myself. I identify with so much of Charlie, the back and forth of body positivity and self deprecation, the struggling relationship with her mother thanks to fat phobia and a shift in family dynamic to name a couple. This is a book I wish I could have read in high school or closer to the characters in age for sure. It was an enjoyable read that made me tear up at times and laugh at others. I definitely recommend it if you are looking for a hopeful read that includes both friendship and romantic story lines as well as a dive into family relationships.
