I'm glad I waited to read the series until I had both books, the ending of the first one was too much of a cliffhanger for me to wait! 
I loved the external drama and them staying true to who they are throughout the series, blazing the path that works for them. 

I'm pissed that Nix took the Cade name when they got married, after everything that company represents for her

I loved the relationship between Nix and Maxim but I was really frustrated by the politics and probably won't reread this series.
