Rikki-Tikki-Tavi by Rudyard Kipling

5.0

I read this short story by Rudyard Kipling out of nostalgia. I remember watching the film (on a reel) several times during my elementary years. The story and film mirror each other beautifully which is seldom seen in book to movie adaptations these days. Great story and appropriate for children elementary age and older. It would make for good conversation about animals and predator/prey relationships. Also, the study of other countries such as India where the story takes place.
