Incredibly dark and deeply depressing book. The premise heavily revolves around the opioid epidemic. Bleak but honest portrait of how individuals, families, and communities are impacted. My low rating is maybe because of the mood the book left me in, and less about the quality of writing or caliber of plot and characters.
