To be a woman in 1937 . . .
I don't envy the women that lived in that time period. White, yellow, brown or black all women during that time (and before) were talked at, talked down to and most were forced to be subservient. I don't think I would have survived. And gawd forbid you marry someone who thought it was ok to discipline their wives like they disciplined children back then 😡🤬😤 Poor Lizzie.
