It came together. A little underwhelmingly, I felt it needed more time spent on the resolution. It was a  little clunky. But it came together all the same. I wonder how much of the ending was planned before this novel was written. The disability and trans represention is stereotyped and uncomfortable to read. I like that the ending
was open ended
. The twists throughout the book don’t all feel as justified and planned as the first 3. The descriptions and world-building are amazing. The characters are rich. I quite loved the interjections of Victoria
and the shadow
. The author tends to use repetitive phrases, conflicts and settings that got tiresome. I enjoyed the series as a whole and found it inspiring.
