This was a reread of my first Murakami ever. The strange thing is that the most memorable scene that I remember from this book is not even in this book! I read it sooo long ago. And now I wonder what that other book is! Maybe Dance dance dance. Will I not rest until I find it? This is creepy! Anyway, I did consider this to be my fave Murakami for years, because there is nothing like that feeling of falling into his world for the first time, but it's time to let it go and admit I do prefer some others (Kafka of the Shore for sure, 1Q84, After the Quake...) more.
