Did not finish book.
(5/12) Chapter 48 is marked as dub-con. However, the majority of scenes, if not all of them, could be marked as dub-con. Chapter 48 is full-on SA.
I liked the majority of this book. I thought it was well written. There needed to be trigger warnings, not a list of kinks. I enjoyed this book to the point I was talking about before I finished it; I have now taken down those videos and posts. Before chapter 48, this book was going to be a 5-star for me, but now I feel so upset that I walked into that scene with no TW that I am dnfing the book. I have 40 pages left. Saying I'm disappointed is an understatement.

after days of thinking:
This was full-on rape. The lack of trigger warnings is atrocious, and you should be ashamed of yourself. As a survivor of SA, it has taken me days to recover from this, and tbh, I'm nervous to pick up another book. Because what if someone else writes like you and doesn't label things properly? You have made me not trust reading to be a safe place anymore, and this book is harmful.
EDIT 2:
(06/12) the author now has “ separate TW and kinks list” but that was not there as of day of publication. The author is making fun of people for “being traumatized” and fans are going to those who have posted reviews about no TW and are gaslighting and harassing them. So if could give this book negative stars at this point I would.
