I loved this book even more than the previous one. Other reviews already describe my thoughts very well. The story was, although a slow read, very intriguing. The implementation of subjects as queerness, misogyny and a main character who became disabled over the course of the series is very refreshing to say the least.
I'm so happy that every romantic/sexual relationship in this book is functional for the plot. No random love arcs that seem irrelevant to the story, which I appreciate A LOT.
One more thing I'd like to add: I've never read a book where the main character is objectively ugly, as written from the perspective of multiple characters.
Honestly, it was great. My only regret is that I can never read it for the first time again ♥️
