I really like Gemma and Dax as a couple and found the premise of the story really interesting. I didn't love the full execution though. I just really did not understand how the spell and time travel worked. I know I should suspend some disbelief, this is supposed to be a light, fun read but it made so little sense it was distracting. Also wish we saw more of Gemma's actual Dax as well as spent more time in the ending. It was fine, but there is better romance out there.
