The Night the Lights Went Out: A Memoir of Life After Brain Damage by Drew Magary

5.0

I read this over only a couple of sittings. I felt myself getting emotional along with his family and friends. Some reviewers disliked the parts written by others but I thought they really gave the story some dimension. As always, I enjoyed Drew's acerbic wit, but in this I also enjoyed his honesty. I think a couple parts dragged when he waxed philosophical about his perspective on life, but for a large majority of the book I was engrossed!
