Thank you to the publisher for the ebook copy!
Unfortunately, I just don’t find myself getting invested in this book. It’s described as a memoir told in a collection of short essays but it feels more like snatches of thought. Each “essay” is only about a paragraph long and jumps quickly between ideas and time. It’s like reading a stream of conscious that was thrown into a bag and shaken up. I may come back to it at some point but I don’t think this is a book for me.
