The Stranger Beside Me by Ann Rule
dark

An informative look at one of the most notorious serial killers in history. Well written for the most part and well researched so I can see why it's considered a classic. I was under the impression that Ann Rule was a closer friend of Bundy's coming into this than she actually was. They were coworkers for a short time but the bulk of their relationship was through letters and phone calls. She gets a bit too deferential towards law enforcement and seems to want to hand wave how much Bundy manipulated her personally but aside from that it's a good read.
