Another excellent volume!

The artwork in this one was brilliant, especially for the new characters introduced. Stain is a brilliant villain with a great but twisted idea of what a hero should be and how to deal with all of the “imposters”. Stain has an excellent quirk too which perfectly fits him and his agenda. I only hope we get to find out his backstory!

I really enjoyed Gran Torino coming into the picture to oversee training for Midoriya. I think he is harsh enough to get results from Deku. Speaking of our MC, Midoriya did exceptionally well in this volume utilising 5% of his power to achieve certain goals.

I liked Ida’s passion displayed to avenge his brother too and hope that he can make good on that passion by becoming a pro hero. I like his determination and his quirk is a classic power.

I really want more League if Villains and enjoyed what happened in this volume. I’m hopeful we’ll be seeing more of the Nomu as the volumes progress.

It’s just a shame we saw next to nothing of the other heroes but then I guess this was specifically focused on Stain and Ida’s promise.
