Frost Fair by Carol Ann Duffy

hopeful inspiring reflective relaxing medium-paced

2.5

A slim book, with beautiful illustrations. It captures the excitement and beauty of winter, and is a gentle read. I loved the illustrations a lot, however there were more than a few occasions of clunky, clumsy poetry which felt very lazy and rushed. This was a shame as I normally adore Carol's work.
