Brandon Sanderson is an amazing author. He cranks out masterpiece after masterpiece, so I guess I’ll forgive him for stumbling once and missing the mark on this White Sand series. Not that a writer of Sanderson's caliber really cares about my forgiveness.

Not everything can be a homerun. This book sure isn’t. I'm really glad they changed illustrators. I couldn't stand the first one's style.
