Remember, the fireman are rarely necessary. The public stopped reading of its own accord.

Despite the short page count, Fahrenheit 451 packs a punch with a thought-provoking story about government control, free thinking, and herd mentality. I am a slow reader but I finished this in two sittings, Guy Montang’s character development is fascinating. Captain Beatty offers a brilliant contrast to the arc of the main character. Clarrise is  highly memorable
despite her early departure from the story her impact carries on throughout Guy’s character arc

5 star read, eager to read more classics soon.
