I liked The 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle more (that one was 5 stars to me), but Stuart Turton really knows how to write a good mystery. I think the characters in The 7 1/2 were more interesting, but that's more personal preference than anything. After reading the author's note, I'm definitely adding the rest of his books to my list.
Graphic: Death and Violence
Moderate: Suicide
