I love MM mafia romances, and I absolutely devoured this book in one day. Finch was an amazing main character—full of heart, funny, a rich boy with morals and respect for others. Luca was hard to love at first, but I understood his struggles with being accepted and realizing he can be happy too. What made me love the book even more was that both characters have lives outside their relationship. We see friendships being formed or changed, which made the story even better.

The love between the two was deep and a bit rocky, but in the end, they value each other so much and will do anything for each other. The spice was interesting and full of feels, though most of those scenes focused on lust rather than emotions. But that changes in the later part of the book.

I'm not a fan of insta-love, but here, the one-sided insta-love didn't bother me.

We have the usual mafia shenanigans, politics, and intrigues, and I cannot wait for more. The rich/poor trope was surprising but also something I seek in books. I love the author's West Coast Mobsters series, and I just know I'll love seeing these men find love too.
