I wish I liked this more than I did. I thought both Nora and Charlie were just ok. I wasn’t particularly fond of Libby, so her being Nora’s motivation fell flat for me. A lot of the plot just felt like filler. I was really hoping to like this more than People We Meet on Vacation, which I didn’t enjoy remotely as much as Beach Read, but none of the characters stuck out to me the way Poppy did. I found the ending to be unfortunately predictable.
