I don't quit books very often, even ones I don't like that much, but I have to draw the line somewhere. Every character in this was some sort of stereotype, the plot 20 percent of the way in was just recycled movie scenes, and then toss in a stunning dash of racism. I was just done. I should have read some reviews before I even gave 90 pages of my time.
