Grave Sight by Charlaine Harris

Came across these books when I finished reading the last of the Sookie Stackhouse series. I'm just not overly impressed... I find the relationship between the two main characters to be odd and somewhat offputting, the plot was convoluted and clunky, and the books lack the joi de vivre of the Sookie series. There's no humor, no lightness in this book, and the main character carries a perpetual storm cloud of doom and gloom about her, which may be understandable given her background, but does not make for fun reading.
