EVERYONE should read this book as soon as possible!

I read the first 2 paragraphs and was so astounded at how much lack of sleep effects the body and mind that I set a sleep alarm on my phone to ensure I am getting in more snoozing (cue hooting owl noises)!

I read parts of this book to my newly adult children, specifically the sections of learning & retention when overtired, the effects of alcohol on sleep, and the effects of alcohol on learning, even when consumed days after the learning.

I've been sharing details of this book to my walking group, at work, to anyone who will listen!

I wish I had known all of this information when I was younger, but am definitely prioritizing sleep much more now and into the future.
