The Developing Mind, Third Edition: How Relationships and the Brain Interact to Shape Who We Are by Daniel J. Siegel

challenging informative reflective slow-paced

5.0

I really liked this book. Although it's very slow paced, it's dense in a lot of areas, it's still very informative and understandable for lay people like mwe. This is something that I'll re-read again and again in tiny bits because this book felt like an entire semester's worth of college level lectures all compiled into a 600 page book. Highly recommend for those interested in neuroscience, psychology, psychiatry, and sociology!
