Becoming Dangerous: Witchy Femmes, Queer Conjurers and Magical Rebels on Summoning the Power to Resist by Katie West, Jasmine Elliot

4.0

Other reviewers are right, the standout is really "Ritualising My Humanity" by J A Micheline, which comes almost at the end of the book. About half of the essays are five-star worthy, and most of the rest were very good.

This is by far the best, most varied, least prescriptive*, and most interesting witchy book I've read so far.

* (that one essay notwithstanding, lol.)
