Measure What Matters: How Google, Bono, and the Gates Foundation Rock the World with OKRs by John Doerr

3.0

Part of me wants to give this 4 stars for its practical resources and a touching tribute to Bill Campbell. Part of me wants to give it 3 for its formulaic structure that plagues many books of this kind (a great concept that would fit into a series of blog posts is inflated with examples that illustrate the concept in a reductionist fashion). In the end, I’m going with the 3. If you don’t know what OKRs are, this is a good start. If you do, the resources at the end are the best part of the book.
