I read this book because so many raved about it. I liked getting alternating chapters/POV's from the two main characters. It was also clever, and an important part of the book, to provide the temperature at the beginning of each chapter.
Grace was attacked by wolves as a child, but never turned into one. Sam is a wolf who loves Grace from afar. Grace longs to meet the wolf who saved her, who won't come near. During the warm weather Sam is in human form. They finally meet when Grace is 16.
My biggest complaint with the book is a character would have a memory, which often gave away what would happen in the next scene. This happened at least 3x, which took away from the mystery.
But Grace and Sam are cute together and it's a clever premise.
