About halfway through I didn’t think I could finish, the repetitive nature of the narrators thoughts and scenarios was grating. Then I realized this is the intention. To help the reader feel the exhausting, nagging, intrusive thoughts.  Very well done. This is a hard mind to be in for the length of the book, but ultimately this really moved me.
